Delivery
I only deliver to the UK including Northern Ireland - I do not have the facilities to post further afield (this would involve different currencies and customs protocols). Please make sure to enter your complete address details (including postcode) at the checkout.
Please allow 7 days for delivery normally, and 10 days when there are Bank Holidays and delays in the post due to bad weather. Payment
My payment partner is Paypal - you do not need to have a paypal account to use this service, just a credit or debit card. I have no access to your card details, Paypal take responsibility for the data protection aspect of the transaction.
Postage & Packing
I send items by the most cost effective route and I always obtain a proof of postage.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me in the first instance (within 7 days of receipt) so that I can arrange a return and refund, or a return and a replacement whichever is most appropriate for you. |
